Fundación Brazos Abiertos is organization in San Pedro, Colombia created by Bill and Wanda Perrow. The foundation provides a home, food, social services and education for boys of neighboring city, Medellín.

The boys supported by the foundation are children who have often been sexually exploited at a young age. Most of the boys previously lived in homes less than 100 square feet and have parents that either can't care for them or have abandoned them. Often, their parents are in prostitution or addicted to drugs.

The boys are nominated for spots at the farm on a need-based judging criteria. The goal of the foundation is to provide a home for the boys until they graduate from high school.
